Hello, Beauties!  Grab more JOY: You see it a hundred times a day.  Have you ever been drawn to something and not known why?  There is actually a science to the objects that bring you joy.

My friend, Lisa, hosted a beautiful conversation this week about JOY!  She shared the YouTube video you see here entitled “Where joy hides and how to find it” by Ingrid Fetell Lee.  After watching it, I understood some of the things I’ve curated over the years that I felt inexplicably drawn to.

I talk a lot about Joy both in this blog and with my private clients.  It is especially important if you are trying to lose weight.  As a matter of fact, it is a secret ingredient for weight loss without deprivation.  More than once, I’ve heard crickets when asking women to tell me about their sources of Joy.

Whether you are up close and personal with Joy like me or you are in a Joy draught, this 13-minute video will show you how many sources you pass every day.  Making the short list are things like:

-pops of bright color,
-round things,
-symmetrical shapes, 
– a sense of abundance or multiplicity,
– a feeling of lightness or elevation
